Had to trade in my 2020 GMC 1500 Sierra. I'm going to miss that truck but needed to get a 3/4 ton. Bought a Denali 2500 from Steve Burgess. He was fair, and no hassle. Took care of a issue for me that the truck had (the whole Taylor Motors team) and could not be happier. Also a shout out to Nate (Service Advisor), he is always friendly, and I never feel like an inconvenience, he goes out of his way to communicate and be accommodating. Thanks to everyone at Taylors, I'm a long time a loyal customer, not because of price, but because of customer service.

Super friendly staff. Did what I asked for the recall item. Asked to look at issue with key removal. Told the inspection cost. When coming over gentleman noticed my column was partly open as I previously looked to try and identify issue. Service was fast and gentleman gave me cost to fix key issue and even reduced the diagnosis cost as it didn't take that long. After leaving I found my column exactly how I left it. I snapped it back together. To me I got charged a "diagnosis" and nothing was even looked at. More than likely a known issue and instead of just telling me. Charged for it.

As always - great. Everyone was helpful and kind. I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle in. I had it in twice recently. Once for something wrong in the engine. They never found out what had caused the problem, but were very thorough checking it out. Kept it for a week as didn't want me to take it back until they knew it was fine. Runs great now. Second was time was for regular servicing.
